These are my official measurements and labs for measurement of my goals. The weight listed here is as recorded at my doctor’s office. Weight can vary by up to five pounds or more throughout the day and, for women, will fluctuate depending on where they are in their hormone cycle. For example, my October 2015 weight was done at 2:00 in the afternoon–what is typically my heavy time of day. The March 2016 one was at noon. All of them were done fully clothed. Therefore, these weights may not be a true reflection of progress and will not coordinate completely with the weights in my monthly chart below.
